Makrofotografie – Meine Reise in die Welt der kleinen Wunder
Die Makrofotografie ist für mich eine stille Form der Entdeckung. Sie lenkt den Blick auf das Unsichtbare, auf jene kleinen Lebewesen und Strukturen, die im Alltag oft übersehen werden. Besonders im Wald finde ich diese verborgene Welt – und genau dort bin ich am liebsten unterwegs.
Zwischen Licht und Schatten, Moos und Baumrinde suche ich nach Momenten, die nur für einen kurzen Augenblick existieren: das vorsichtige Kriechen einer Schnecke, das filigrane Netz einer Spinne, das leuchtende Farbspiel eines Käfers. Auch Pilze und Schleimpilze ziehen mich in ihren Bann – sie erscheinen wie kleine Kunstwerke der Natur, flüchtig, aber voller Charakter.
Der Wald ist mein Rückzugsort, mein Atelier, mein Ruhepol. Hier finde ich nicht nur Motive, sondern auch Inspiration. Ich genieße es, langsam und achtsam durch das Unterholz zu streifen, zu beobachten, zu entdecken – und dabei auch die kleinen Gaben des Waldes wertzuschätzen. Frische Beeren, wilde Kräuter – natürliche Kostbarkeiten, die ich mit Respekt und Dankbarkeit sammle.
Jedes Foto entsteht mit Geduld, mit Nähe zur Natur und mit dem Wunsch, das Staunen über die kleinen Dinge weiterzugeben. Denn in der Welt der Makrofotografie zählt nicht Größe, sondern Tiefe.

Macro Photography – My Journey into the World of Tiny Wonders
Macro photography is, to me, a quiet form of discovery. It draws attention to the invisible – to those tiny creatures and delicate structures that often go unnoticed in everyday life. I find this hidden world most vividly in the forest, and that’s where I spend most of my time.
Among shifting light, moss, and tree bark, I search for moments that exist only briefly: the slow glide of a snail, the intricate web of a spider, the vibrant shimmer of a beetle. Fungi and slime molds fascinate me just as much – they appear like nature’s own artworks, fleeting yet full of character.
The forest is my sanctuary, my studio, my source of peace. It offers not only endless photographic subjects, but also a deep sense of belonging. I move through it slowly and mindfully, observing, discovering – and appreciating what it offers along the way. Wild berries, fresh herbs – small natural treasures I gather with care and respect.
Every photo I take is created with patience, with closeness to nature, and with the desire to share a sense of wonder. Because in the world of macro photography, it’s not size that matters – it’s depth.
